Now, more than ever, we are witnessing a transformative shift in education, one that seeks to empower our children for the future.

At Green Oak Home Ed, we are committed to fostering this change through our Waldorf-inspired approach, which emphasises child-centered learning. By prioritising the unique interests of each child and allowing them to develop at their own pace, we create a nurturing environment where curiosity thrives and creativity flourishes.
We also offer the Crossfields Integrative Education Diploma for students ages 14-16 (Years 10 and 11, Waldorf Classes 9 and 10) as an alternative to GCSEs.
We are currently accepting enquiries for the coming academic year (Sep 2026).

Our Provision
Located at the Subud centre in Lewes, we are proud to offer a transformative
learning experience rooted in Waldorf-inspired principles. Our part-time programme runs
from 9:45am to 3:15pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Each day begins with a Main Topic session that seamlessly integrates various subjects, our program promotes cross-curricular connections, allowing students to see the relationships between different disciplines.

The insights gained in Main Topic sessions
are reinforced and expanded upon in Skills and Art sessions, creating a cohesive experience with an enriching blend of knowledge and social interaction.
Our Groups
Our programme provides a nurturing environment for home-educated children to gather, engaging in groups that resonate with their developmental stages.
Equally important is the opportunity for them to engage socially and learn collaboratively from their peers, stepping beyond the familiarity of their home-schooling families.
